Aim

The Land Registry Application aims to modernize land registration services in St. Kitts and Nevis by providing citizens, legal professionals, businesses, financial institutions, surveyors, and government agencies with a secure, efficient, and transparent digital platform for accessing land registration services and maintaining accurate records of land ownership and interests in property.

Purpose

Current Status

The Land Registry Application is currently under development by the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis. The project is focused on delivering a modern, reliable, and user-friendly digital platform that will transform the way land registration services are accessed and managed.

During this development phase, the project team is designing, developing, and testing the system to ensure it meets the highest standards of security, efficiency, reliability, and usability. Once completed, the application will provide a convenient online service for submitting applications, tracking their progress, and accessing Land Registry services from anywhere.
