A web application to manage and track application submissions by citizens for support from the LIFT Program. The web portal would allow for registration of eligible members as well as a status check of submissions by citizens. This is the transition of the cash transfer program entitled the Poverty Alleviation Program (PAP) to L.I.F.T. SKN (Livelihood Improvement for Family Transformation).

Target populations
Vulnerable families earning less than $2500 monthly. (Adjustment made noting the change to the minimum wage)
Priority considerations • Unemployed heads of families • Single-parent households • Persons with disabilities* • Seniors 62+**
* Persons with verifiable disability who are not already receiving government funded assistance via Social Services or STEP.
* Parents with a minor child with a disability who meet basic eligibility criteria.
** LIFT benefits for Seniors will be combined with Social Security pensions and administered via the Social Security Board.
